Clugston Developments Limited is the Property Division of Clugston Group Limited. Backed by the financial resources and the construction and project management skills available from the Group, the Development team have considerable experience in wide range of property development projects.

Working from the Scunthorpe base, the Division has a number of active projects currently in locations primarily in the northern half of the country and the east midlands. These range from local health care facilities through to major industrial and warehousing developments. Several include substantial elements of residential property.

Clugston regularly works in joint venture with land owners, occupiers, funding institutions and other development companies. The business takes pride in its development portfolio, aiming to complete schemes to a consistently high standard in all sectors. Above all, it believes that a straight forward and open approach to development promotes repeat business and is in the best interests of the company and its clients in the long term.
